FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Triangle Roofing Answers Your Questions
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO INSTALL A NEW ROOF?
Most roof installations take about 3 days. On Day 1, we remove your old roof and "dry-in" with protective underlayment. We pause for city inspection, then install shingles and clean up on Day 3. Metal roof panels and flat roofing may take a bit longer. You don’t need to be home and we handle permits and inspections from start to finish.
WHY ARE QUOTES TO REPLACE MY ROOF SO DIFFERENT?
Roof quotes differ based on materials, labor, and how detailed the estimate is. Ask for an itemized list and confirm what’s included — like underlayment type and potential wood replacement. Some quotes leave out essentials that affect the true cost. Need a free quote tailored just for your roof? Call us now at 386-673-6600.
DO YOU REPLACE ANY WOOD ON THE ROOF DECK?
Yes. We inspect and replace any rotted or insect-damaged wood. Every quote includes two sheets of plywood; extra sheets are billed if needed. We always explain what’s necessary to give your new roof a solid, long-lasting foundation. Ask us anything!
HOW DO YOU HANDLE DEBRIS ON THE JOB SITE?
We take your job site cleanup seriously. We use tarps, trailers, dumpsters, and metal detectors to protect your yard and remove debris. Your landscaping and home or commercial business are treated with care throughout the roofing process. We treat your home like our home!
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?
Yes, we know that a new roof today is a significant investment in your home. We want to make the roofing process as easy as possible for Florida property owners. Triangle Roofing, Inc. has partnered with Regions/Enerbank USA to offer pre-qualification for a traditional loan. Please click here to start the financing process.
WHAT WARRANTY DOES TRIANGLE ROOFING OFFER?
As skilled, reputable professional roofers, Triangle Roofing Inc. offers a 5-year workmanship guarantee. In addition, most roofing shingles come with a basic limited lifetime warranty, which is the roofing industry standard. This means you’re covered as long as you own your home. Depending on the roofing material manufacturer, the degree of protection you receive will vary. We will help you understand your new roof warranty to give you peace of mind.
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE WAIT TIME FOR A SHINGLE ROOFING INSTALL?
Several factors impact your roof installation timeline, including material availability, delivery schedules, and your roofer’s workload. During peak roofing season in Florida, it can take 6–8 weeks to begin a new project after booking. At Triangle Roofing, we’ll always keep you updated on your timeline and notify you of any delays. Your satisfaction is important to us!
WILL MY NEW ROOF BE FINISHED ON TIME AND ON BUDGET?
While we always work hard to ensure your roof will be completed with minimal inconvenience to you, sometimes minor delays occur. Why? The weather may not cooperate or roofing materials may be delayed. There may be a city or county inspection scheduled that we have to wait for. Rest assured, we will keep you informed and do our best to get your roof done right and as fast as possible.

What's the best roofing material for Florida heat?
